When to renovate, Why renovate instead of replace are a few of the questions I often get asked. Renovation should be your first consideration. It is a more cost effective option, often the layout of the kitchen is the one best suited to the room so there is no need to change it around. Just upgrade. The age of the kitchen is not necessarily an issue, we can retrofit modern materials onto old timber kitchens. My advice is, before you venture out on your renovation project, get me involved an I can advise and direct you regarding all facets of the project.

Let’s be honest, there’s nothing quite like a new toy and a kitchen is no different. There are a number of features that apply to a new kitchen that don’t apply to a renovation. Consistency, A new kitchen is new through and through, where with a reno. when you open the cupboard there may be a tired old cabinet. Design and lay-out. You may want to make alterations to the room, make it bigger or remove a partition wall. A new kitchen is the better option here. Functionality. With a reno, there are limitations with what I can achieve. These limitations do not exist with a new kitchen. The sky (and your wallet) are the limits.
